Maybe he has a point and it isn't just coincidence.
I heard already some theories like:
- Teams from bottom divisions get better youth players
- Teams with low levels training facility and sports academy get better youth players
And now this new one, about pulling a good youth vs bad youths next week.
Maybe it's some kind of "balance" things to all teams?
I mean, obviously it's not just luck. There's some hidden decisions on this matter, probably.

There is no balance. And for every weak team there is a good team that got some. The best pulls in Canada go to one of the top teams (looking strictly at Qs not OR which is SA- and staff-dependent).
Got my 4 really good draws the first four weeks last season.
If I draw good it is often two weeks in a row, so don't think the theory with "one week good, next weak bad, next week good" and so on is true.
The thing about teams from bottom divisions get youth players wit better Q is probably because there are much more managers in the low divisions then there are in the high.
Canucks can be right with Canada because there are only 220 footballs team wich means almost 1/3 of them are top team (first or second division).
But in the Czech republic there are 4000 teams, wich means around 2 % is in the top divisions, therefore the players with best Q is in the lower divisions.
But I hope there are something more then luck involved in the pulls, but I don't know what it can be.

Me neither. I mean, we don't really know. =)
But anyway, I'm happy with my pulls so far.

It has to be. I don't believe in any god, PPM or otherwise.
Don't you think that the fact of gravity attraction being inversely proportional to exactly the SQUARE of distance is kind of an odd rule?
Don´t tell me that´s all about acceleration my friend! I wanna read the real reason.
What do you mean? r^-2 comes from solid-angles (3D space).
