I guess you can't.

When a player from TC is called to a game, this player loses a training day and it won't be compensated in any way.

By the way, did anyone find the 3 snow flakes from today?

But my player didn`t loose training bonus. He had to play on Sunday and trained 2.7 on Monday.

He did. He lost the training of Sunday.

The player only leaves the TC on the day of the match, when the match ends he goes back to training and the training keeps going on the following day.

But results of training we can see only next day. How could engine know that he will play that day. I could buy a player that day or take one from academy.
