in your opinion, is it better to have a training center at 15 and rest center at 12 ... or ... training center at 14 ans rest center at 13 ?

It all depends on expenses, my opinion is that second option is better.

I got lvl 13 of regeneration center 15 days ago - and my training went up for almost nothing... roughly around 3-4%. That is only 4 skills (+/-1 skill) over 1 season, which practically means - nothing.

Will I invest additional 91,5M for 14th level? No... lvl 13 is just enough for now... I have rather put lvl 15 of training center...

Well, considering a fact that you need that 150 M, and that you could save some real money and build arena which would give you more profit, or to buy some good players and strengthen your squad, how can it sound bad ?
I'm not sure what the difference would be between those two cases in training. There are people here who can actually measure it, and I hope they could tell you. But I guess it's not a big difference. You need some kind of strategy for your team, what to expect in I (or II ) league, do you have a lot of quality youth to train, do you need strength, or you need a way to collect profit faster.

Scratched players in NT who are in camp, don't get double training anymore ?

I think they only get NT training

I thought it's the case only for players who are playing, not for scratched ones. :/ Bugger.

I think it's been like that for a wile. Last WC I had one of my players in camp, but he got called up for the NT due to a injury in the team. He did not play and only got the NT bonus if I remember correctly.

In teams Finances -page, what does the "Other" Revenues include? Only thing that comes to mind is the income from NT-players but that does not add up if I compare it to total amount of "Other" revenues. Income from NT-players (calculated in whole season) is only fraction of that total amount. Theres no mentioning about it in the guide either.

Loans taken are also included into Other revenues.
