Any idea why such a drastic change in offensive zone time in the 3rd period? There are no changes from 4 to 3 lines, no importance changes and no more penalties than in first two periods.
Could it be fatigue caused by playing 3 lines from the start?

You are wrong. Transfers resets at 00:00 CET, so actually if you sold a player on the 1st day on previous season at 15:00CET, you can't sell him in the first day of next season without agent fee at 15.00-24.00 CET. It will say 112 days (although it's actually 113). You will need to wait for midnight to pass. Th problem for that occur because when you buy player it's said 0 days and after 112 days it's says 112 days (because the zero day and 112th day are both calculated the period is not 112 days but 113)
This is kind of an important question:
When the leagues are restructured at the end of the season will it be in the same way as in soccer? More specifically, if there are not enough teams for the second lowest leagues (the fourth in germany for example) are the first ones filled with the teams from the last ones? Do we always get a number of leagues that can be divided by 4? What happens with future promotion relegation if not?
In germany, yesterday there were teams for roughly 46 leagues. I am in league III.12 and probably have to go down.
Just in case everything stays the same, what will happen if I go down to league 47 or 48? Will my team be distributed somewhere?

I don't believe anybody gets relegated down. You would stay in your league and others would move up to fill the empty spot.
Or, if there are spots in leagues above you, you might move up.

Uh, but that's what they did or at least told us they did in soccer. First all the relegations and promotions are/were done.
Then teams from the last league level are transferred to the empty spots in the second last league level. And then if there are still empty places in this league level the leagues are 'compressed'.
In germany there are some fifth leagues at the last level. The teams will be promoted to the fourth league. And counted all the teams from fourth and fifth leagues together they make up enough for maybe 46 leagues. Which means that the fourth level might just have around 46-48 leagues. Don't know for sure, thats my question.
I'm in league III.12 and if I get relegated I end up in league 45-48. But what happens then? Would there be 46 or 48 leagues? That's my point.

I think those 9 leagues in V. leagues level will have enough space in IV. Also only two lowest league levels will be reassigned so only chance you will be somehow touched by transfering is that you will fall down to lower league this season and then that league will be changed.
Maybe vlady will come with explanation how transfering works, but I think that mostly only teams from lower leagues will be added to higher leagues.

This may be an issue for Vlady to answer.
it will be the same as in soccer. the guide says specifically what happens when the number of leagues cannot be divided by 4.
Thanks, I just read it.
So if there will be enough teams for 46 leagues IV (I know this could change) and if I will be relegated to 45 or 46 (become 15. or 16. resp. 19. and 20.) everything will be ok. But If I end up heading down to 47 and 48 I will wake up monday being wherever and I will most likely never see my third league again. Would that be correct?
I understand why ppm is restructuring the leagues. It makes sense. But on the other hand this is kind of harsh. In our league for example it is very uncertain what will happen, since we don't know how many leagues there will be next season so no one can plan accordingly. By chance one thing or the other will happen.

So some people could drop DOWN leagues? That doesn't seem fair.
if there is only 45 and 46, then you dont get relegated if you finish 16th. 19th and 20th will be relegated and 17th and 18th will play in the relegation round.
because there are 5 league levels in Germany, league III will not be affected at all.

what do you mean? nobody will drop down by force. they can only go up.
