It would be good if we could name our line-ups, same as we can name out tactics, instead of just Line up A B C or D.
I have couple suggestions concerning youth pulls. I think that two biggest problems are;
a) Pulling awesome prospect in the end of the season can prevent player getting in NT. For instance, with my training ratio this can cost player about +200 OR compared with if he had been pulled in start of the season. Many of my best pulls are end-of-the-season-pulls, and I think I'm not alone in this.
What if when any player is pulled he is 15 years 0 days old. He is ageing all the way to 15 years and 112 days, next days he'll be 16 years and 112 days. So players would be pulled in their birthdays (15 years) without exception. CL calculation would be same day as now for all players meaning when new season is starting, there could be players pulled last season still in age of 15 years (for example, 15 years 4 days). This way all quality players would have equal chance to be future NT players.
b) Youth pulling is lottery. When team-A can have 6 NT players already, team-B can be pulling trash 2-3 seasons nonstop. I think this is also one reason why some managers get really frustrated and eventually quit playing the game.
Lets say that there is counter. This counter works as following:
Season starts and team-A gets lucky and pulls 4,5* forward. Doing so this teams counter shows now 0. Team-B gets nothing good and don't pull. This teams counter adds one so it shows 1.
During next 7 weeks team-B gets nothing and every time counter goes up by one cause he isn't pulling anything. Counter is 8 now. Next weeks he pulls player who has 3,5* quality guaranteed for any playing position.
How does this work then?
Every week team doesn't pull anything adds one in the counter. Counter will not only increase chances of getting a good prospect, it guarantees it at some point. Here is example sheet what I'm after ->
COUNTER
1-2 (quality for skills between 0 to 5*)
3-4 (quality for skills between 1 to 5*)
5 (quality for skills between 2 to 5*)
6 (quality for skills between 2,5 to 5*)
7 (quality for skills between 3 to 5*)
8 (quality for skills between 3,5 to 5*)
If team doesn't pull at 8, counter remains at 8 next week and as long as team eventually makes the pull. Every week one of the players has Q 3,5*-5*
Every time when teams make a pull counter reset to 0.
System like this would give every team at least two decent prospects every season (16 weeks).

About the typo "He is ageing all the way to 15 years and 112 days, next days he'll be 16 years and 112 days."
Should be: "next days he'll be 16 years and 0 days."
Should be: "next days he'll be 16 years and 0 days."
My last decent pull was 201 days ago, and I'm still waiting for my first very good pull... I can confirm that fustration and thinkin of quitting the game part.
The advertising system was a great add, but having the advertisement at the side where you have all the normal ads as well is not good. The ad gives a 1000 clicks, but almost no player ever gets even close to this amount. As the ads per hours are quite limited, why not place the advertised players or employees on the top of the page where we search for possible buys?
A list of advertised players on top of the list would give them the necessary visibility, boosting the interest in advertising and also the effect of advertising.

Individual birthday is really something for the future I think! Pulled on day 56 then he will be 15 until day 56 next season and so on..
this one would be huge step forward i think. because if i pull 15 old good youth in day 110 the he would be 16 after few days. so he loses whole year
I have a great suggestion that I hope the PPM administrators and helpers can take it seriously.
What if a club can implement an academy in other countries with his choice and graduate rookies which has nationalities of these countries ? I guess it's a good idea, what do you think ?

Why? The chance of a better player wont improve, and the outcome will be either:
a) you choose a country that has a smaller member base and as such get potential NT members in that country - which screws over legit members from that country.
b) you don't get members of your own country, which gives you less chance of a NT player in your local area.
It would be a stupid move by PPM as would open a door for managers to cheat the system and screw over others. If fact, i don't see how it could be used any other way!

for your first argument, you can see it that way : "this small member based country can have better players and can bring benefits for it"
/b) you don't get members of your own country, which gives you less chance of a NT player in your local area. /
well only the rookie academy will be implemented in this specific country and not a second twin club, that means for example I am Lebanese and if I want to implement an academy in Iceland, the number of the icelandic teams will still the same cause it's only the academy which will be implemented, that's my idea.

Yes, but for example, if you wanted an Australian academy, it would mean you would pull Australian players, who could essentially steal National Team spots from my players, and teams like mine that are actually IN Australia. That's unfair on us.
Ahh I see, you have a point here but at least the Australian National Team will have more chance for having better players, anyway the PPm admins and developers know what's the best for this game, and if my idea is bad then I am sure that they will not gonna make such change or addition.
