1) Please raise the padding on season bonus site for OR.
2) Please change the design (remove the shadow) of country decision list in forum

The motivation for Champion, National and Super League need to be changed to friendly levels. Obviously these are serious matches, the problem lies in the fact that very small countries have an extreme in advantage under standard motivation rules.
For example, many tiny countries often have a dominant club and may be filled by several "nonames" in the first division. (Japan and Azerbaijan are perfect examples of this.) They can play almost every league game in very low and have most of their energy left for the big tournaments.
Reducing the levels to friendly status would eliminate most of this advantage. You could still motivate club as in friendly games.

Those tiny countries got lower sponsor offers than the big PPM nations, and that's the way the system compensates for that lower level of inside-the-border competition.
Yes, because that's how they do it in the real world. Teams are focused on domestic competitions, and they play international cups just for fun. I suggest PPM disable internat. cups and we only compete in domestic tournaments. And we can play credits tournaments instead.
Seriously, I know that this might be a problem, but it's not the way to handle it. I dont believe that teams playing TNN's will stick around for long and play just to participate internationally - where's the fun in that?.
In time those leagues might get greater number of GM's or loose own league and be back in "world league".
One way to solve it is to bring new users to those countries.. there's a refferal campaign, I myself am trying to bring some new faces in here, but unfortunately "speak" only southern slavic languages, a bit of english and deutsch, so I'm pretty limited to that population. Maybe someone who understands japanese/azerbaijanese can help grow those countries.

And yes, what jorgenius said. In Slovenia we have 3 league levels (4th is slowly filling, but that will soon change as majority of newbies will quit). And differences between our I. league compared to I. chezh/slovak league (the have 5levels) is huge.. we're on their II. league level.
Ok, so now they changed the financial system and otr-gain to move the game ever more towards daytrading. Is this really the way to go?
Less gain in winning alot and still no changes to stop traders.

Agree. Massive trading should me more penalized imho. Otherwise, the game will stay too far from reality and the financial manangement as the only key point for success...
financial manangement is the only key for success in reality
Well in real life you have teams getting loads of money from rich dudes, in ppm you have teams buying staff and players just to train and sell for profit. How many teams IRL make loads of money selling coaches?
The new changes just makes it even more profitable to do trading as the priority to be succesful, which is insane.

Not in absolute terms, but in relative they do.
The changes makes winning alot less profitable compared to before, while trading still is unchanged. So therefor, in relative terms, its more profitable to trade now then before.
My suggestion is making buying/selling staff for earning money impossible (since its just nothing that happens irl), should be harder for doing the same with players also with for example much much higher taxes when you go over the squad limit.

Buying and selling staff virtually IS impossible right now.
In order to train staff to a level that they sell for a good price it takes at least 2 full seasons, 1 if you have incredible facility.
Those staff are going to demand salaries of $40k PLUS per day. That's over $4 million per season for just 1 staff member. I have some staff that are paid twice that!
So unless you can sell staff for $10 mil each (unlikely), it's a losing game to start with.

Bad example to use. he's one of the top guys in the entire game and is FAR ahead of the average player with regards to training etc.
But, saying that... take that 34mil guy. His OR would suggest he would get paid between $60k and $80k a day. He was with that team being trained for 3 seasons. Now assuming that his salary grew with his training, we'll assume an average salary over that period of $60k a day. So over the course of those seasons he's spent more than $20 million on salary to make a profit of $14 million.
And I believe that is probably an over-estimation. I could be wrong - i would love to be.
However, just because he can (and remember, he's the exception here, not the rule), does not mean that most members could. I believe that probably less than 5% of all managers could consistently make money from buying and selling staff year in year out, and chances are, they're the big managers who have the strongest teams.
Just my thoughts anyway.

Also keep in mind that all of his big sellers are coaches - so he's not buy and selling "all" staff, only those which garnish the bigger profits.
Players of course are MUCH easier to make money off
But I do believe that PPM should make it even harder to make money off staff... and players.
