As I said, I am aware that on this i am probably in huge minority, but I personally dont want anything that would get me have to bother with players and teams mental state.
I am talking about me personally, otherwise I do agree that this would be probably nice addition to the game for most of the managers.
But I do not agree that its needed to level out the playing field, maybe to speed it up, ok, but not critical. Because OTR will do that, OTR, if you use some math, will level out the plying field. OTR can not raise and raise, it will start getting lower as soon as more and more teams are getting stronger. So if some league has lots of strong teams, they will have small differences in OTR, therefor small differences in sponsorship etc, so the field will be much more leveled than its now.
And when any team gets to lvl 15 of everything than all other teams will start decreasing the difference, giving less differences, less differences means less OTR differences, means playing field is leveling on its own.

one more idea for credit option:
add league sponsorship.
for example, at the end of season, and one week before start of new season, open auction for league sponsorships. starting bid 1 credit, and bidding up by 1 credit.
highest bidder at the end of the auction can give a name to the league he bidded for.
ex. II.2 T-Com liga (HRVATSKA), or III.7 Max's league (ENGLAND)

Good idea, I think that would earn them lots of credits
if they accept idea, i want 180 days free pro pack!
and i promise i'll suggest some more good ideas...

I second you on that. Additionally, I believe that the more we sophisticate the game, the less newbies can understand the whole and keep playing.
True. At least newbies like I was. If I have seen anything like moral, form or other similar category I would surely not be joining this game when I 1st seen it.
i must disagree with that.
moral is pretty common thing in many, online or offline manager games.
and it's such a simple thing, forcing you to keep only players you use.
and also, there's no need to complicate with that when it can be so simple - if player plays matches - he's satisfied, if not, he's unsatisfied. simple as that!
all they need is to determine when player becomes unsatisfied (exclude counting when injured, in camp, etc...) and to determine numbers of played games when unsatisfied player becomes satisfied.

We already have individual chemistry that does this job.
yes, but chemistry only reduce players game performance, and like i mentioned older posts, unsatisfied players should have reduced training and game performance, and after some period of being unsatisfied (ex. 50 days) they should be put on transfer list automatically, with minimal starting bit.
that would prevent rich teams of accummulation players for reselling.

Hehe, you disagree that I would not stay in he game if I have seen moral or form? I think I knowa bit better than you what would I do
Seriuolsy, It wouldnt be my 1st, I have opened accounts in several online football games, and if I saw anything like form or moral of players, or if anything seemd too complicated for any reason I simply never loged in again. Im here to have fun, not to worry about things I dont want to think of.
PPM was and is most simple, clear, straightforward online football management game I have ever seen and thats why I stayed.
But if I have seen any sign of moral or form as a important things in the game, I would never logged it after that 1st day.

i'm pretty sure you wouldn't...
like you saw chemistry before ppm? or players ratings wich are not ratings for match performance but for positioning???

This is becoming spam. As I said, every online game that had moral or form of players never saw me twice. If I saw same thing when I joined PPM it would be same thing.
that's your opinion...and i would like to hear other opinions, but it seems noone else is interested in game improvement.
i'm not sure does anyone read it at all...

Exactly, as I said in my 1st post on this subject: this is my personal point of view.
I agree with your idea of having moral -or form or whatever is called- for players who don't play, if that affects only to his training speed. Of course, it should not have anything to do with, for example, Hattrick pseudorandom form...
I don't see any big extra difficulty of managing there, but it would give a deserved -imho- additional penalization for "farmers" of players
Another idea could be to create a kind of team chemistry: the more the transfers of players -or/and staff- above a limit, the more the decrease in training or performance.
