it's not necessary to include all R leagues. i don't think all teams would have R teams. nay, i think many teams wouldn't create R teams.
there's no need for all theese leagues we have now to have R leagues.
R leagues should be all the same ranking, without first, second, etc. just groups.
first 22 (no matter what regular league!) teams that confirm their participation, goes in r.1 league, second 22 in r.2 league etc...

Play friendlies with your reserve team and all your suggestions are implemented.

Not even close. Experience gain in friendlies is much lower than in competitive games.

one more thing to do if possible...
in team analysis view add results (with link on match report) of previous maches between your team and team you're analysing (if there were any...).

Small thing but at market, on players/staff members profile page, there is that "Your balance" number showing how much money you have. How about showing what you can actually spend? (Your balance - all pending offers)

i know i may be annoying but when i get the idea, i must share it to the world...
and my next idea is to add "notes", or "to do list" integrated in calendar so managers could write down their plans and things to do on selected day.
tasks for every current day should've show as pop-up on first logon that day.

I had similar notes on my mind, just didn't figure out where would they be more transparent (i make notes on players page, but its not transparent). Calendar is nice solution.

Great suggestion, which I think a lot of managers support.

Hmmm...

Maybe something can be integrated into the calender as it stands at the moment.

When you go to your calender at the moment you only see the games that are coming up.
I have 2 idea's how we can include a Notes section.

1. Split each day to show your game, and to add/view notes.

or

2. Have a separate Calender for Notes.
This way we can add in notes on players/transfers/ec,etc..
And on each day you login, you will receive a message telling you there are Notes For Today.

Just some thoughts...

on exsisting calendar you can add a sign which means that you wrote sth for that day.

As for the market, allow a maximum of 100M as starting bid and allow only 5% increase per bid, mantaining the possibility to use market agent.

is it possible to make teamstatistics with freekickgoals?
now it is just the number of freekicks...

The info is there if you track it manually, but not in the stats display.
