Well, yes, at least in part. I want managers from a country to be the people who pull players from that country.

The only people who would benefit from this would be those from BIG countries where they have little chance of pulling a National Team level player.

It's those people who would flood the smaller countries in a hope to steal those NT spots from the managers.

Smaller countries struggle to keep members as it is, if they did this, people would quit this game and those numbers would drop even more!

It's easy to say "it's a great idea" but you have to look at how this affects everybody, especially those who would be the ones getting f****** over by arrogant managers from larger countries!

his mother is serbian who was on vacation in uruguay 16 years ago.

Which reminds me, my wife wants to play PPM, however she wants to manage a women's team.... so when is the PPM women's league coming out? Not sure if the skills and attributes need to change.
