He is unique player in PPM. You should have him in National Team, just for luck
I've qualified for the Champions League, but I'm playing the other team from my league in a qualification match. This means our country doesn't have a fair chance of gaining points towards seeding of countries and so affects the number of teams that are eligible next year. Can a rule be included so teams from the same coutry cannot meet in qualification games for Champions League or Cup Winners Cup?
this also means that you will have at least one team in Group stage. If you both play with different opponents your chances are 50%, but also if you play in between you two than the chances are still 50%
But it is not possible to have two teams in the group stage, hence I see it as a disadvantage to our country. In my opinion it would be fairer to have the options of no teams or both teams going through, rather than a guaranteed one team going through.
that would require very complicated coding. the system is the same for everyone, it is not unfair.
I don't think it would be that difficult to code and would reflect what happens in real life, where teams are not allowed to play against their own country until later rounds.
I agree that it would be a good move, however, the extent of the programming would not be easy at all. Depending on how PPM have their system coded, the change could be anything from a few lines of code to re-writing entire sections.
the main issue is with cases where countries have more than 2 teams in that stage of a tournament. It would create a lot of headaches to think of all the possibilities. The end result could be users complaining they got a more difficult opponent due to this rule.
