i think B can go up to 4.0 at least i hope so considering the amount of Bs that are in the draft and the lack of As

How the heck do you even select players for your draft order? I have about 10 guys scouted (I wasnt paying attention initially) but now that I have estimated values, I have no clue how to put them in the order I want to draft them in
You can't without ProPack. You have to pick them manually during the live draft.
i am still getting over the "my scouting ratings keep changing" thing. that sucks. i get it. but it still sucks.

looks like. I had extra B rated players yesterday. I think one may have changed today...but I did not keep a record so...? 
Nothing has changed for me. Could just be your brain trying to trick you into drafting a "gem" that is hidden as a C but really an A!

well I ended up with 8 Bs, 16 Cs, and 1 D.
I was really hoping for at least an A (since I have first overall pick). My HR Dept is only level 10, so maybe that's why I got no As. Hopefully I can get 2 of my Bs and one of them turns out to be an A player.

Well that struck my curiosity, Why are you going to JPL if you don't mind my asking.
I've wanted to take the tour there for ages but living on the other side of the country makes that a bit of a challenge.

Max facilities don't necessarily help - I scouted 35 players and found no A's. I'll probably show up to try to draft a bunch of B's so I can see what sort of star ratings they end up with, and I'll know for sure if I ever need to worry about showing up in the future if I don't scout some A's (unless I want to grab unscouted players and just hope).
their rare,i read that somewhere on ppm concerning the draft,in fact,every league draft may not have an a or a+ player at all. rp widener jr -gm,boston bluecoats
