I would say you have to make strategy.

It's crazy to build 14lvl of TF just because of 1 player.If you have few players with potential (under 18y) than you should for sure build TF.

I think he is not overpaid - if he have qualities around 90 for needed skills.

In my opinion - your league isn't so strong so you should give the chance to youngsters to play and get experience - build TF 14lvl and after that RF.

Ok, then build HR if u don't have enough. But if there is any chance to collect money for 14 TF, I would tell you to build it. In the long run you could prospect nice with HR being 1st in your league for incoming seasons, but if you want to make sure you will be 1st often (and to train this monster you've bought), then training comes first.
Also nice thing you could do is to make compromise - just put regeneration and HR to build, because regeneration will give you some training extra, even to those who are not playing, and HR will do it's job at the end of a season.

another question, my HR is 12 and is expected to stay the same until the current season is finished. so, will my general sponsor's offer stays the same?? i predict my otr the be only a bit better than last season IF things went smooth in the league

No, most of the players are (in my opinion) overpaid. The market is crazy, not your bid.

Your player is a great one for sure.

Maybe I'm not managing my team as you are. I prefer biding on players who can imediatly play in my team to have best results in the curent season than biding for the future (I have my academy for next gen players )

Problem is - there is no next generation players if they don't have a chance to play for 2-3 seasons. You can only sell them.

yeah, just like the montenegro youngster's case a few days ago. 1.1 billion..and he only sold his key players, maybe his stating eleven, not all of them and he got 1.1 billion :O if i sell all my players i dont think i can get 1 billion, maybe half a billion. although the transfer is illegal and against the law, the youngsters is officially ppm most expensive player!! it will be interesting to see which manager wants to break the record xD

If everything stays the same as last season sponsor offer - your next offer will be thereabouts. But if you increase OTR points, have better managers, better place in the table, more stars in your future offer, without HR improved, your GS will give you more money for sure.

@drlezard IT's the way of money flowing, there would be no high priced players if no one has substantial money in their accounts. Every season prices are heavier and heavier, because of strange economy here.

i dont need to buy players to be competitive in my league but i need world class players for the future to be competitive in champions league. i cant afford to buy established players with high OR, max. popularity.its too expensive. :/

He has too low speed and heading, a bit too low technique, too.

Try making speed and head 1/3 of primary. As for entering NT, I doubt it's possible this season, but you should ask NT manager.
