Again I have an issue with two players training the same skill, with the same CL, same facilities and staff, playing the same minutes per match, yet the one with a slightly lower quality of the trained skill continuously trains more than the other one. Why?
Is there something else that counts into this calculation? Does CL have hidden decimals we don't see that matter? I've been following them for a few days now and as I said, the player with the lower quality trains more.
Today for instance, the difference is .11 in favor of the player with 2% lower skill quality, usually it's around 5-7.

Does your 2 players have the same age?

Ahhh..the age difference is 3 years -.-
I knew I was missing something cause the difference was too big but I thought age wasn't directly related, only through CL.

It's not the age directly, but different values of CL on one stage!
Where did you get that from? As far as I know, age and CL (even with different shades) both have a part.
The age influecens the value of CL! That's my results of analysis
Mh, well, hard to tell. Of course CL drops with age and there should be steps in between two integers. But I think I remember a statement by someone official that age and CL both influence training.
From what I checked I can also not support your analysis, though I never looked at it the way you do.
Just had a quick check of players that are of different age, just recently dropped in CL (so that it will be roughly the same) and have same quality. Those requirements where not met by many.
Very inconclusive in the end, some player trained the same (so supporting your view), some don't.

How is there multiple interpretations about this?
To me that says that the improvement decreases with CL, NOT with age.
CL decreases with age.
CL decreases with age.
I also think it only depends on CL. But I'm not sure if there are CL "sublevels", and that statement in the guide is not clear enough about if age has any influence...

It's pretty sure that there are differences between the training of players who have the same CL but are of different age. One can check that.
What's less clear is, if these differences are due to age purely or to CL 'sublevels'.
The above guide statement can really be read in two ways, btw. The term '...and the player gets older...' can be seen as non-connected to the first part. That would be opposed to tb55s interpretation for example.
