Is possible to give season bonuses at any moment, even for season 1, or have them an "expiry date" to be given?

Only for current season, this season was different because it was the first season with season bonuses.

My player Budislav Smiljković have 120 shooting, and 128 technique.
Last three league cup games, he miss PK`s.

What need to do, to rise % of penality success? Or % of penality is one big random?

Damn! That should have been warned! Many of us have lost now the 5 first season bonuses! :-S

Season bonuses in football

The option to give season bonuses to players in football has been added. This option allows you to pick 3 players every season that you plan to keep when they hit the free agent market. Depending on the number of these bonuses, the players will then give you discounts on their signing bonus. You can give bonuses retroactively for previous seasons to players who were on your team at that time. As of next season, you will no longer be able to give retroactive bonuses. It seems National Cup seeding happens before seasonal OTR reduction, just curious if this is intentional or not? The result being that promoting teams (like mine) get seeded below some non-promoting teams that have a higher OTR before reduction but lower OTR after.

SuperLeague Cup seedings as well from what I can tell...

Yesterday, I couldn't give my players bonuses for the first five seasons. Can I do it today somehow?

Season 5 stats at sponsor offer:
3rd in Oceania I:I
HR: Level 12
OTR: 534.80
Gen Sponsor per week given: 16mil per week

Season 6 stats at sponsor offer:
1st in Oceania I:I
HR: Level 13
OTR: 600.59
Gen sponsor per week given: 18 mil per week.

Surely I should have had a significantly larger sponsor increase?
