He showed 90+ Qs from Off-Head for multiple people. Scouted Qs were not posted though. Likely a better Q'd player than Fenette. Will just take some time to catch up the 100OR difference.
it's way too much money at this stage of the game on a single player IMHO... But he's definitely good, 5th AQ in Canada. Bordeaux will now need the facility to train this kind of guy!
Players are only going to get more expensive. A player like that will only get worth more and help your team. I wish I had bought a few more "superstars" early in the game but I went with stadium + facilities - the safe bet.

I got good scouting queue going. Should have most of the top I.1 players on the top I.1 teams scouted in a couple months
