I have done the start to midway comparison of our teams OTS and OTS Deltas... CKs is showing at the top of the charts because his OTS was so low for so long at the start of the season because of training camp or something. The same may have been partially true for NK.

While they may be moving fast I doubt they are moving at 7 and 5 OTS in half a season.

For those that don't have Excel, here is a screen shot... but you can't do the "Order By" which is a nice feature. I have the screen shot ordered by OTS Delta (how much OTS everyone has gained). I find this to be the most important metric for future success.

well I don't find OR is a very good decider for players at all... its hard to say how much of that OR is being used appropriately... I got nothing else to go off... I guess performance on the field... but there are players... even forwards who have an important role and score no goals, so we don't have much to go off of.

I got HL Football today on the road. Despite his top goalie out his backup is just as good as my starter according to OTS. Thus I predict a 0-0 draw at best.

Not at all. I tend to lose these games more often than not. Maybe I should complain about the amount of upsets in this game like many of the top european clubs do when they lose haha. Na it's all good. I got a bit of a bad formation going right now. Can't figure out my CM.

It's absolutely ridiculous the amount of complaining being had in the Q&A forum right now, I don't even look at it anymore.
