Great day of games! Did we have 4 games decided in OT??? Several more were 1 goal games...you gotta love it if you came out on the right side of the close games.

Ahh good game Big. I had the leg-up on shots, but gave up 2 power-play goals.
I just bought a Spaniard to beef up the 4th line. I had one guy in my lineup who wasn't training well and was maxing out on his build ratio...now I'm REALLY set for the long haul.
Pretty quit on ye ole II.1 board. Should be a good second half of the season. If Big Daddy slows down 
. How does everyone feel about their team shaping up this year? I am rounding into shape, but have to switch my goalie soon and I know that will hurt for a while. Anyone want a subpar wannebe starter goalie.......lol.

I think my team is setup pretty well at the moment, and in the drivers seat in the standings. But it only takes back to back losses and I'll be in 5th place so I'm taking nothing for granted. I do want to complete a camp after my Nat Cup run dies, other than that I've put the team into auto-pilot.
Uhg, I send 2 centers to training camp, and have 3 straight losses (todays because a 2nd player for a position got injured and too many subs were in training).
Kind of screwed up my league standings. I might throw in a few youngsters if it looks like this season will be unsalvagable.

I've rode a 6 game win streak to 10th place (and a .500 record). I have a feeling that streak will end on Wednesday. I also have the tough part of my schedule to look forward to starting next Wedneday. During the first half of the season I lost 9 consecutive games. That stretch includes all 8 of the current playoff teams. I am still pleased with my team's performance, and I'm confident I'll be able to avoid relegation at this point.
26 games in a row without a loss...that streak has to end soon.
