I added the qualities to the players pages for the players from the U18 team on the market.
Only Hammond has much of a chance to play this season. He has the best chemistry on the team because he was the best wing prospect last season, but he stopped training at some point, so other players have caught up. Due to the chemistry, he can easily be inserted back into the lineup, as of the World Championships as a sub if not sooner in a larger role. Hammond would have been the only player from the Psychos (partially because his players weren't training well for a while) if the Psychos weren't folding.
The younger players are interesting candidates for the future if not necessarily locks.
Anyway, good luck to the manager of the Psychos in his future endeavors.
I wonder who is going to take over as a rival for the Razorback Thugs, if anyone.

Now we just need to get rid of the Thugs, and we can fight for the king of the mountain.

If I didn't know better, it would sound like you guys were trying to get rid of me. Luckily, I know better and feel blessed to have friends like you.
Force, Psychos. You are the only top dawg left from the original 3.

It might open up the competition within the United States (for a handful of teams that my team is still pretty far behind), but the Razorback Thugs are also the only team left that can be competitive on the international stage.
You better not go before I get my roster in shape. I was looking forward to seeing if I could put together a team that could take on you, the Psychos, and the Force. You're all that's left. I don't mean that in the "you're the worst of the three" way, but in the "last man standing" way.
The Psychos probably just earned enough money to buy half of a team of elite prospects or players, and they still would have had enough good players to remain a playoff team in the United States.
I managed to pick up Langston, who was good enough to start on the U18 as a 17 year old, though he hasn't been training for half a season until recently. Hopefully it isn't too late to salvage him as a top defensive prospect from his age group.
He will now resuming training and take over as a starter on the fourth line of my team.

F my life. Went to work today fully intent on slacking off around 5:45 when the players were going out, and completely forgot. Could have picked up 1 or 2.

I almost forgot but remembered in time to bid on the last few players. The result was ~70,000,000 in spending. I don't really have any important things left to build anyway, I got a player that will probably be better than all of my older players and most of my younger players in the long run, and I can help develop a future candidate for the senior national hockey team. But on the other hand, I just spent 70,000,000.
I just replaced two of my better defensemen with younger players with more potential. My defense got a fair amount weaker. Therefore, I won my first game of the season.
