You didn't miss out with Bishop. Good secondary quality but defense quality is only 72. He will never make the team.
I have won one of these tournament and won credits in the other two I played in. If you are a 200 of better OR you will be one of the top teams.
Apparently four-star pulls aren't what they used to be. My latest one only has a 58(!) for his primary, which guarantees he's bad no matter what his secondaries are.
I've never had a four-star pull with that bad a primary quality, so I'm thinking they might have changed something when the draft came along to make it easier to line up stars with draft ratings. The other youth prospects I didn't pull all seemed to have awfully high star ratings given their fairly low ORs as well (like a 3.5 star with only around 200 OR).

I found an A+ and 2 A's, but there's no chance I'll get one with pick 16.
