It's gonna start out rough today
Not going to lie, pretty excited at how active our league forum is! Puts all the other league forums across all sports to shame!
I'm just excited to play with the best. I started in hockey and while the time I put into it helps me rise quickly, I've quickly realized how much time and effort it would take to compete with the top dogs when u start so late. I could rise to div 2 and be competitive there fairly easily, but I'd have to put alot more thought and strategy aswell as tons of seasons to be able to compete with div 1. This is a complete different test and is exciting.
I started in div3 in hockey and basketball, div1 in soccer and div2 in handball. The climb has certainly been fun though not ideal for my wallet 
Actually...I've been comparing the monetary value from teams with success in div 1 from the start to teams like me and you who have already been promoted twice. The promotion bonus kinda makes it even. Of course by even I mean us completely destroying div 2 and 3 in order to keep our OTR even with the top dogs. All in all unless you dominated div 1 up to now, we are in as good of shape monetarily then anyone else.
My problem has been NC embarrassment. One or two NC wins in two seasons really hurts the OTR.
Ull meet a div 1 team in the first round
I met my best friend the first year in the second round. He hadn't won much all year and I was undefeated. I lost. Similar story last season in div2.
How many points the bookies give ya, they have me up by 3.5
