Train him as a SF.
The worst height he could have is 188 cm, so it would be surprising if he didn't reach at least 190 cm.
His passing Q isn't high enough to be worth training as a guard, and he just won't be tall enough to be a PF (Unless you see him grow extremely fast in the next 2 weeks)

Tale of two worlds... with 69 pts I'm 2nd in Div B and would be out of the playoffs in Div A.
