Your actually pulling away from the pack as 4th best OTR in Canada. I'm gonna guess it's your height making the difference
As soon as Vlady told me height helps with defence and being too tall is a smaller penalty than being too short, I was sold. Height is easy to get, Qs not so much 
Just realized I'm 3rd-bottom in terms of facilities in I.1. At least my stadium is at or approaching top? 
I agree...I've felt like I was loosing more then I should before(had young and short players, then started to look for taller players (and some young guys grew) and have been doing much better. Still tough to find PF and C that are super tall.

Yes, I have shit staff too. Same recipe as soccer. Max stadium, TF, RF, HR, SA then get staff, prospects and work the remaining facilities last.
It's kinda funny because I've done it completely different and has worked. Then again I think I got rich because of buying prospects at the right time (and had a few good pulls at the same time)
I went SA/TF, ignored stadium and made shrewd moves. Then once with the better team I'm going stadium/HR/RF
Yea, I haven't really had much in terms of pulls. My best pull was my first pull (lvl 2 SA haha)
The biggest reason I went hard on SA early was to get first pick in the draft...it's worked. Got Daniel Gilbert (sold for 77M) Keanu Nash (100M) and recently Brock Innis (he's probably worth 300-400M)
Draft and SA are such a lottery... can't come to justify spending 100M+ on it especially with my pull track record.

While the article explains it all, it can all be summed up with this chart. Figure out what is the growth rate of your player, and this gives you the range of what his final height ill be. Just found it amazing and wanted to share
