Yeah, weird how half of the teams in conference B are promoted teams.
I wonder if there is any logic to how they are assigned?

They are supposed to be balanced by OTR. They likely are (as div2 teams can gain quite a bit of OTR) but it would make more sense to balance by average OTS over the playoffs.

Looked better when I actually did it...it was separated in 2 columns but apparently this forum didn't like it

crap, figured one of my top players would get injured eventually, just had to be the top canadian
