the only way a team that did not join the paid beta to join division 1 will be by sending and winning a bid. team would be placed behind all of the ones that joined the paid beta.
the way things are going, a team that does not join soon will not even make the 2nd division.

I took me 8 seasons to get to div 1 and I am ranked 6th.... I will work my way up like I did with soccer

Yeah, I'm not worried about starting in a lower division. It's much easier to earn large amounts of OTR in lower leagues and then keep it from the promotion bonus(es), so the money advantage will be minimized in the long run.

Seeing teams in II.1 already so is it safe to assume I.1 is full as well?

Makes sense though if you win tournaments and pay for your 30 credits that way which I assume most/some did.

It would be nice to start in I.1, but I sort of want the promotion bonus.

It's a shame there's potential for such a huge advantage to starting in I.1. But I'm still going to choose to start in a lower league like I did in soccer. Hopefully it doesn't hurt me too much.

Yeah, it's going to take a bit to link everyone with their new teams, but the new names are fun. I'm glad I decided to annoy canucks357 If it wasn't 30 freaking credits to change it, I would change the name of my soccer team, too.

Just so everyone knows, you can change your team and arena name for free during the beta. I've done the arena name twice already.

Although i am a kind of person who likes to start on lowest divisions and work my way to the top I dont want to deal with another year playing against "team no names".

I want to have a different experience this time around.
