it doesn't depend on the level of the facilities, but other factors, like number of players, staff members or size of the arena.

Leading by 10 or more, whole match.
Formations 3 and 4 chang for leading by 3 and leading by 5.

why should it have played? the goal difference was never at 10.
ok, I think it's because formation 4 overwrites formation 2. Both fulfill the criteria. He should change F3 to F2, F4 to F3 and F2 to F4 and it will work as he wants.
I have noticed one strange thing. My both hockey and handball matches play at the same time, i have each open in a different tab. If i am watching handball and the first half is over, it will say how many spectators there are. But if i watch hockey, and later switch tab to watch handball and refresh that tab (to get to current score), that information is not there. i.imgur.com/wJGGLAp.png
