I just got my first arena custodian...after a string of 4 straight lecturers.

I had 4 straight arena custodians. I don't even keep arena custodians in hockey or soccer.
A marketing manager or youth training sports manager might be useful. I am selling everything else.

Coaches and managers probably don't even justify their cost at this stage. Custodians who can save me more than their salary are the only staff I'll hire until a facility gets to level 10 or so.
staff cost is little to none. Id not worry about it.
It sure not worth paying lots of money for staff, but keeping ones you pull is not necessarily a bad idea.

I have sold them all. This coach is already at 155k Need him to go for 250k+ so I can do my next upgrade.
