And maybe I would suggest something: one of them can be the captain and the other would be his assistant.
That seems like a good idea. I previously asked them both to say why they are the better candidate, but neither responded (probably not a good sign).

Well basically yes I am a bit new, but have received really sound tutoring from Malakis and crico a bit to. But above all, super passionate!
There are also U17 and Senior assistant jobs free

In my final match as Australia U20 general manager, we have smashed Greece U20 3-0! 
Hopefully this is a good sign for a successful transition into the new manager of the team (likely DeathLips). I have really enjoyed my time as manager and I'm proud to say that we almost qualified for the U20 World Cup that we hosted. Good luck to my successor for the rest of the season! I hope you have planned who is coming into the team this season..
