Subject: U20 Australia NT Discussion

In other news, I have submitted my nomination to be re-elected as manager for this U20 team:

Hi, I am running to be the U20 manager of Australia again. I believe that I have proved my commitment to the role, and worthiness to represent the team, even as one of the newer managers. For Season 21, I have created a very young line-up in preparation for future seasons. I know the team very well, and I have scouted many new players that entered the U20's as their first national team. For the time being, if I am re-elected, I intend for these next two seasons to potentially be my last.

I just got back from my travel...
Joshua fits my forward position best ans is trained as forward since begining cause I've had too many M's and he has very good ratio for F too.
His qualities are:
Of93/93/67/91/76/73 he is 5/6 past two seasons


..compared to Noah he is real WM that has been saved cause he used to be in U17 squad..

Corcoran seems to be the only decent player for NT atm except Morgan..
However if u decide to go for Howlet, let me know, I can adjust his training a bit

I have decided to select Noah Howlett for the last position on the team, so I would appreciate if you could maybe alter his training to suit a central-midfielder position (if that's ok). If not, his stats are still pretty good, so I could probably still use him as a side-midfielder, but that would leave me with a total of 4 CM's. Thanks!

Actually, nevermind. I have decided that I will swap the roles of Noah Howlett and Lucas Hayter, from the Fire Kickers.

To Malikas, would it be OK if you did what I just said for Howlett to Hayter? That would be most appreciated!

I actually just made a backflip decision on my bid for being U20 manager next season. I'm not quite sure that I will have the time next season to cope with a national team, as next year my commitment to real life events has to step up a bit. It's for this reason that I am unfortunately withdrawing my bid to be re-elected as U20 manager, and I suggest someone experienced take the team, and start scouting early this season. If everyone is willing to put their support behind one candidate early on, that would be most helpful in a smooth transition. Still a whole season ahead though...

It's too bad to hear that. You did a great job last season! Yet we all know what it's like to get busy at times. Hopefully, you won't drop your regular team as well. It's good having you around!

I think I'll be able to handle my normal team, it's just organising the national team does take quite a bit of time. Hope I can have a great final season as U20 manager!

A really great 4-0 win over Malaysia! We were expected to win, but with a young line-up I was a bit unsure of how we would go. Our chemistry is gaining and I am hoping that our squad will have really good chemistry by the time qualifiers start again!

Great win!

A 3-1 win over Morocco at home, backing up from our 1-1 draw away from home against Morocco two weeks ago. What's even better is that we played normal the entire match, and they played very high. We were #47 and they #48 before the match in rankings, so it was expected to be very close. Good win!

Just checked, and this win meant that we shot up to #43 in the rankings, only 1 point ahead of Scotland! A good position to be in.

Unfortunate loss, with a scoreline that looks a bit worse than it actually was, 5-1. They did play very high, and I'd rather save energy for the all-important World Cup qualifiers instead of devoting that to winning a friendly. Better luck next time!

An easy and expected 4-0 win over Latvia U17. Only one more friendly till we get back into the qualifiers!
