Let me know which players you're interested in on my team. None of my 15 year olds have 500+ OR and the closest, Castaneda, has high Tec for now.
I still look at players with as low as 450 OR (less on teams with good facilities); the 500+ OR players are just a good place to start with for scouting.
I would probably be interested in at least getting the scouting information for Castaneda, Bruske, and St. John.

Database isnt very necessary anymore ... all the nt manager needs is to get the data from someone .. then identify the top ones and scout himself. then use PPMe to "manage" it on daily basis.
that is actually what i do for handball. I can check at any given time the current Eq and EOR for any scouted player without need to upload to a database.

What are good languages to learn for making and working with databases (I am asking in general, not just for the national team)?
That should be worth a try for next season at least.
i love c#. and visual studio would even give you a sample app i think.
but any language is fine. java and php are great too. but they could be more difficult to quick learning
php: more like a scripting language. often if u make a mistake u will find after u deploy
java: too many 3rd party plugins that not always are compatible. different version of plugins also can cause issues
c#/vb.net - less issue with plugin versions as microsoft offer most of what u need.
connecting to database is easy.
hardest part might be scrapping/parsing the html site, in the case of NT

holly moses!!! two hidden gems in my draft. and one of them were picked right before my pick and the other right after!!!
Anyone you need from my team, let me now, and I can PM you the details.
The information for Deleon, Cederberg, and Mayfield would be helpful.
Whenever you want scouting info capsaicin, do you try messaging the managers first? I'd imagine most would gladly provide it and save you the scouting time. I'll send you my two 15 year olds - let me know if you want anyone else.
Thank you!
There are a few teams that are particularly good about providing the scouting information.
With that said, thank you again to the teams that sent me scouting information yesterday.

Do you want what I have now or all at once when the last few are done?
