well, I'm taking in less and less staff, got a bit out of hand with 45 staff members ... *ashamed*

I finally fired a bunch last season. Starting to build up again though. But at least now all my players are scouted so I'm able to scout my staff.
Coaches I always pull as they are guaranteed to sell. Still deciding on a 3 star lecturer. His qualities would prob be higher than the guys I have now.

I think the same way, but never scouted one staff member yet, should start doing so though, but don't invest a lot in their training ...
If you do not use to scout your staff members, I would say that´s not bad strategy to ger lots of staff members. In the sense that, testing their capacity to improve in the overnight run, you are able to choose the ones that fit better into your needs. I myself got the same problem here. Too much employees right now. I´m trying to solve the problem little by little.

What is with the influx of Other World teams? In the past, teams who've managers have left normally stayed as given the same country (until taken over by a new manager.) During the season switch, some 50-60 teams were switched (in III and IV) to Other World.
why so? there`s need for it! 
Just the way PPM seem to think of it. It's considered a nation for league purposes, but for things like NT it's just ignored. Many of us Other Worlders feel kinda let-down and ignored by PPM, almost feel like we're considered not as important as countries with their own league.

They wont... i've heard that it's a coding issue, which is a lame excuse, or that OW is not a real country... which is also a lame excuse. I've heard other reasons also, all of which are.. yep, lame excuses.
And now, we find out that they have put the 25% penalty on foreign player back into the game... seriously... WTF are they smoking????

well for me its "awesome" Iceland has just 8 teams and only 3-5 are active big selection of players to buy

yeah, so if you want to use the market, you're going to have to pay that penalty if you want to build a strong team.
The thing is, team that got those huge sponsor offers wont have that problem because their sponsor money will easily cover the costs, but for us regular teams, the costs will eventually mount up.
