When i want to log in with my mobile phone, i can't get to my own team but i am redirected to the public account saying that i haven't log in for a while and therefore lost my team. It used to work normally, but since 2 days ago i had this problem.
Try to remove the paswords information stored in your browser. Then try to login in PPM typing your username and password...
****When will the bug be solved that everytime that I touch a button I'll be going to the public account. This game is not fun anymore this way. I have to try things 10 times before I can really do something****

It's probably cookie issue. Delete cookies, then the problem should be fixed.
try what g0ntzal recommended a few posts ago and report back if it helped or not. this problem is very hard to diagnose and therefore to fix
I did what g0ntzal recommended several times with no result. The problem appears especially the first half hour of a session and around the time the matches are played. I will look again tomorrow,

Try Google Chrome and/or Opera and report their behavior. It is very important if you can report us when started this problem... Maybe after a system update or software install?

there's an annoying bug when sending pm's

I put in the message, try to send, and it stays there...
have to retry, and sometimes it works, sometimes it won't, then try again, and it works

When there are browser related problems, detailed reporting is needed. You have described the wrong behaviour pretty well but it is necessary to know some technical data like browser version and OS version.
This kind of problems seems happening on manager side, so full information is needed in order to try to help.
Last, there is very practical if you try different browsers.
You issue is very strange. I'm running Safari on Mac OSX and I set the new browser windows to be opened in new tabs. However, if I click on envelope always uses the active tab...

I think it's a feature, not a bug. I believe it's to reduce spamming via PM. You can send one message without that problem but then you have to wait sometime to send a new message.
perhaps yes. But hey come on. I am a mod trying to mentor new people, no spammer
a simple little text telling about it would be useful...
