there were too many ads for candidacy at a time when the activity of the users is too small. Just not enough page impressions by Latvian users to cover all these ads. It's not a bug though. You get this warning when you buy the ad:

no, it's not. Like I said, there were more packages sold in the same hour for Latvia. Not even the first of them got full number of impressions. There just wasn't anything left for the other ones.
I refunded your credits, but that's the last time. I don't recommend buying this sort of advertising at such a low traffic time in your country.

When I saw this I asked me if the developers do know about the topic "Token". It seems they do not know what a Token is and what it's used for... :o(
sometimes it can happen when 2 people send the bid at the same time. The developers are aware of the fact that this can be solved by tokens, but they also have a reason why they haven't done it that way yet.

My keeper only had to save 21 long shots from my oponent... the game reports says that 100% of the game my team was in the offensive zone. so this only could be a bug... I hope this is only a problem of display and not one of the game engine...
