Bug in text in todays game. Fred Tennert gets a penalty but shows in the resultant PP goal.

10:50 - The faceoff is to the left of Mertin Koch. Ole Zoellner wins the draw, shot through traffic by Helmi Steinbrueck goes wide and hits the end boards. Micha Stankovic picks up the loose puck in the corner, he gets drilled by Fred Tennert! The referee calls a penalty against Leipzig Snow Leopards. Boarding is the call.

11:30 - An odd-man rush for Augustiner Aces, with a 3-on-2 developing. Helmi Steinbrueck carries the puck into the zone at full-speed, Fred Tennert stays with him. Meanwhile, Ole Zoellner goes hard to the net, being shadowed by Adam Pekár. Micha Stankovic is the trailer. Helmi Steinbrueck puts the brakes on to get free from Fred Tennert long enough to make the pass to Micha Stankovic, who one-times it straightaway and scores into the half-opened net. A textbook play to show the youngsters in hockey schools!

You should email these things to vlady. He sees them quicker and gets them fixed asap.

Is this bug or is guide lying?

in the guide, under staff section about manager:
"Scouting - this attribute indicates the ability to make precise estimates on the quality of players and staff"

This is not true. I've noticed that only HR facility influences in quality estimates.

HR facility does, but the better quality staff the HR has, the better quality scouting you get.

Well, for me it seems that same HR level always gives the same quality estimates regardless different scouting effiencies.

... "precise estimate", is that even possible? don't the two words contradict eachother?

Yep.

It should state "more precise estimates".

Estimates are generated globally every 2 weeks. As I have noticed, every player/staff gets some number (at least 15 I presume) of different groups of qualities. The higher the estimates group is, more accurate estimates in that group are. HR level and scouting efficiency determine which group of estimates you see. So managers with the same HR level and similar scouting efficiency always see the same values for the same player or staff member. And there is a great chance that scouting efficiency doesn't change the group of estimates that you see at all.

I posted players in both the soccer and hockey market awhile back for 13:00 as per my time... or 30min after hockey calculations are finished and game summary is released. Now, it shows 19:00, or +6 hours equal to the difference between CET and EST. So instead of my players coming due at 5,000+ users they will be due with 500 users or so. It has happened before but I thought I messed up. So I was extra diligent with it this time and noticed it again. Anyone else notice any problems with certain time conflicting in the market when you setup your PPM timezone?
