For the record, i have a player with a scouted AveQual of 69, yet he's actually one of the best players on my team with an EQ of 86.

So don't assume AveQual means everything.

I've yet to break the 80 mark in hockey, have one in soccer. I can assure you there is no "bug" with uneven distribution of AQ for top teams.

People tend to get too hung up on this point, its no what the AQ is, its the PQ that matters!!!

i have just ONE (1) player with Quality 90+ in main skill and JUST ONE SECONDARY skill over 90 and that is shooting.
all other players (in 6 season with 13 level of youth center and 100/100 sport directors) with main skills over 90 is WITHOUT 90+ in second skills.
this is making progress with training slow and hard no matter how high is training center...
not a single player wit any 3 skill over 90. ever.

ok, maybe i'm wanted too much, but some players have 3-4 monster player in a row. im just jelousy.

I think you'll find that most of us managers are in the same boat as you my friend...

Of course, there are the lucky few who get a few monsters, but that's the way it goes.

Very few people ever get pulls with 90% qual in more than 1 attribute. Hell, getting over 80 on main atties is rare.

We should be able to get those hq players from dead teams, and I mean by the percentage of how bad is your team's AVQ. Just imagine those with lowest quality in PPM queue up for their piece of bargain. Nobody will be pissed on SA.

Are you talking that this was already as a suggestion, and that people were talking about unfairness ?
I think there wouldn't be valid grounds to claim that. Everyone should have a chance, and if someone wants to sell it afterwards, why should be any fuss ?

No, they implemented it in the past, where players with OR of 250 were being put on the market automatically after a team went no manager, and everyone cried and whined until the idea was killed.

So now only national team members on teams that lose their manager are sold off after the team's collapse.

I guess I missed that part when they drew back that option, but nevertheless I wasn't talking about that. Of course big clubs would buy those players first. I was talking about clubs with very low Average quality of whole team. They should have first buy option.
