HOW ABOUT MORE teams in the CWC for the Rest of the World Category. Only one team gets 6 teams while other leagues all countries get 8 or MORE. Doesnt seem fair for the countries in the REST OF THE WORLD. You are doing a lot to make it fair within leagues but need to make it just as fair internationally.
Idk if this has already been brought up, but what if, in the league cup, someone that was going to get relegated because they lost the relegation round managed to win the league cup or at least got top 3(or 4 since semifinal?). could an exclusion be made where they would stay in the league? and I realize that even if it has happened that it wont happen again or hardly ever happen, but what if it does? well I suggest that either the lowest ranked team that isnt relegating already(which could also be another team that won their relegation round, or the lowest team that did not have to play a relegation match - and obviously that team must not have been in the top of the tournament or the exclusion would apply to them as well) OR the team from the lower division that won the promotion round faces off with the team that is the lowest non relegating team(making sure that team obviously did not make top of tourney) OR the team that got the top exception faces the lowest non relegating team(making sure that team doesn't have the exception as well and if they do, move on to the next team that doesn't have the exception)
This would be very interesting if put in play as it would make the whole process much more fun, challenging, and slightly harder to predict. I think it would be an awesome thing to employ since it would keep everyone on their toes. It gives the almost non-existant possibility of (if we are going by the semifinal standard) a soccer team ranked 12th to be relegated. tell me what you guys think

I dont think relegated teams are invited to the league cup--
In soccer 15th and 16th are invited to the league cup and they also play relegation round. I wanted to put it under soccer forum suggestions but there wasn't. Idk exactly how hockey works but in soccer a 15th or 16th team could be relegating but compete in the league cup as well.
league cup is a completely separate competition. we don't want to mix it
How about divisional stats for teams(NOT players) not until after spending hours on here not doing much did I realize(in soccer) "hey I did really good in my league I wonder if anyone did better than I did for their league" and as I looked I found that I had the most goals scored in my division(III) and tied first in most wins and fewest losses and second in fewest goals against and had the best GD in the division.
If it is made I'm sure it will only be a PRO feature(oh well : but I think it would bring more interaction(especially in the lower divisions) and would get people to try harder(or atleast play more) and that would be a better game experience(or atleast I think so).

how? its not complicated. make divisional team stats
Are you looking for something like this:
soccer.powerplaymanager.c...
only with a division tab?
Or are you looking for a full list by division (although you might want to consider that some divisions have 256 leagues)?

I'm talking about the second option, BUT NOT individual player stats(as I think that would be too much info and no one would bother looking anyway)
So basically you click on "divisional stats" and it looks just like a league page except at the top it says the amount of TEAMS in the division and shows all the teams ranked by their W/T/L count just like the league pages(for PRO you could see which of these teams are active and which have more than 10 experience(basically a filter)or you could make the entire thing PRO(which would stink for me)

Oh and I'm not even talking about in depth team stats like shot on target and shots wide and yellow cards or free or corner kicks. I'm just talking the very basics.
I've seen a few good players on inactive teams. Is there a reason these players must "retire"?...IMO there should be an option to send these players back on the market. A user would be able to choose a certain player and make a bid (let's say minimum $100,000) to put him on the market.
