My facilities are pretty much maxed (15 TF and 14 Regen).
My coaches are 72 and 67% efficiency.
My trainers are 63 and 67%.
How the hell is my best 1.57 on a 99Q for a 17 year old.

1.7/day is old news. I hit 1.96 last night on my 80M goalie (99Q 15 6/6 with 2x 200 OR coaches and lvl 15 TF).
Does the difference of 30% efficiency really translate into .4 a day?
Coaches make a huge difference. I had neglected them for too long. You pay through the nose for their salaries but its worth it I think if you can afford it and your facilities warrant it. I had a 10% bump in average training when I went from a 180 and 160 OR coach to 200 and 180 coach with another 5% from 200 and 180 to 2x 200.
I get 1.55 per day out of a level 12 by using good coaches. It helps me keep up with the level 13's and 14's in my league. Now that the secret is spilled, I better start building, AHA
That's 44M/season in salaries! Though I guess lvl 13 costs ~57M.
i cut costs on other staff. My total staff salaries probably aren't much higher than anyone elses
Mine have skyrocketed just from bumping 20-30 OR in coaches and physios. I can swallow those costs though. Tickets, souvenirs, skyboxes cover all expenses. General and Media sponsors are still pure profit. Wonder what'll happen next season though...
