I am beginning to think the repair costs and vandalism fees I have been getting, are due to my youths are just a bunch of delinquents that vandalize the place and are too hard on the equipment for their crappy talent levels.

In my 2nd pull from a lvl 10 I got only 1 guy that is a keeper, a 203 OR, 80ish Q (for the 3 GK atty). The other 3 guys were 150-175 OR range with horrible quality. The first pull was almost exactly the same, but the 1 guy I kept was only 195OR and similar quality in his trade (defense).

2 wingers, 175 and 180 might sell some guys in the bottom of the line up to make room for them, If not they go on the market
