Sell him already! There will only be a few good quality 15's so he should get some good $$$$
They tend to get the highest final bids. The issue then is you run the risk of not getting fair value which has happened many times to me. If you do set the initial price high you're looking at the chance it'll scare off most bidders, that is, unless you have someone committing 5M off the hop.
The lower you start the better chance of being on the "most wanted" list. Or start high enough to be on the most expensive list. But the "most wanted" is where I would rather be to start.
