Best indicator is OR. Stars are good... but they often lie. If the OR is higher than normal... by how much higher often indicates how good the Qs are compared to normal. I've found Qs and initial OR to be HIGHLY correlated.
I've also been waiting for 2 seasons for a Defense Prospect that shoots Left! Hahaha! Because I fail, I have two RD playing on one line =(
My only "decent" prospect has been Nolan Barnard

Sucks that I don't have the TF to grow this guy, but he started off with like 180 OR. Don't know if I should sell him or just keep him. He's kinda too old at 17 to be sold as a prospect though..
