I'm lvl 28 have all the licences but am unable to buy Prince Blade Racket & Mike Junior 30 shoes. I have the option to buy them but when I click ok they don't show up. Is this a bug?
maybe your Tennis coach licence expired
None have expired. I stated that I still have them, 5 days till they expire.

Awful bug - can't deposit money. Try with all browers without success. In mozilla have blank scree, in IE: " The website cannot display the page "

We definitely can't use "possibility to buy equipment up to 2 levels higher". I am level 38 but can't buy already unlocked equipment. Try with money from bank, try to withdraw money but. Very "fun" to see players with equipment for level 200 when we can't buy already unlocked equipment 
on server one my friend have similar problem with banking money because he didnt upgrade flash player ...maybe is same here....
No. I can buy all other things - stats, skills, facilities. They definitely make mistake with "fixed: Bug that allowed players to buy locked equipment" and now we can't buy even unlocked equipment. Nice that I didn't sell lower equipment first
Almost 24 since I posted this error on buying equipment and no word from vlady or anyone to atleast say that are aware of this issue. I still can't buy anything and really starting to wonder the point of playing a broken game!
I finally buy equipment. Strange but some things happens after lots of trying (or someone change something)
