if you have reward and play around you will lose it fast.....
Hard to understand what do you mean but with present rules this game have no future. So any ideas are welcome. At this moment this game still is cheaters friendly lottery 
best way is that you can give only one reward daily and only from list of last matchs.... and give facilities to both sides...
there is "automatic cash deposits"

must be more than 50 players in the group to got the reward... i think..
we are talking about invincibility on rewards match but we talking only about strongest players what about weaker players they reward duration is 1 second ...that is good system only number of rewards must be limited...

Using proxy servers everyone can make 10,20,50... accounts and put reward with every one. So we will have same situation. Must have restrictions that will affect main char of cheaters, limited numbers are useless if everyone can play using proxy without problems 
but they have same outgoing i.p. address g.m.will see that ,that problem is easy to solve if they put rewards only from list of played matches it make impossible challenge high ranking player by newbie he can play with him only if he had reward who come from someone else ....
Look in Financial License features, there are 2 times. My are 2:8,14:8
