Why there is no important match between 2 teams with same points ??
This rule can direct decide who will go in next round when we have 3 same teams in group. So one of then beat 4th team 5-0, and loose for one stronger team and go in 2nd phrase.

I don't understand you? There is a rule for decision:

1. more points
2. higher goal difference
3. more goals
(4. result against eachother?)
4. Ranking points

1. more points
2. results between themselves (between teams with same points)
3. higher goal difference
4. more goals

Ranking points is not important.

For example is Germany beat us (Serbia) and we have same points, Germany go on 2nd round, although Serbia have higher goal difference...
Why ? Because you beat us in our match, and you are better.

But its not a knockout, its a group. So the overall GROUP result is more important then result between 2 teams.

Whether you set results between the teams on 2nd or 4th, you need another rule, if everything is the same

We had a problem like this few week ago, and nobody said us what was the problem, and by us it was in the first half...

You are right there should be a decision point for the result between the equal teams. But not on second like you wrote but on fourth position.
We want a game near reality. In reality the FIFA rules say clear that if two teams have same points, same goal difference and same number of goals then the result between both teams decide the ranking in group. If the result is a tie a coinflip will decide.
If you have 3 teams all equal then the results only of the 3 teams against each other count and the result against the 4th will be neglected.

So it should be
1. more points
2. higher goal difference
3. more goals
4. results against each other
5. coinflip

ppm skipped the last 2 points and set the ranking as number 4 decision. Its not realistic the whole way down but at least for the first 3 points.

I made only 111 subs.change positions... I wanted to make few more but system didn't allowed me to do this
