My starting goalie is over 800 OR and 340 main attribute. My second one is like 470 OR and 210 in goaltending.

Pretty good. You've improved a lot since you moved up to II.3. And no I'm not obsessed with your team 
Before I realized how bad staff salaries got my scouting was up to 116% per day. I wasn't sure what to do with it so I started going through the top teams in II.3 scouting every 400OR+ player. I've probably done it for 10 teams now.
I don't know what to do with all this info but that's no reason to stop right?

I'm in II.2, but my starting goalie is over 700 OVR with over 300 in Goa.
My backup is over 600 OVR and around 225-250 in Goa.

My problem is that I've never pulled a goalie >3.5 stars. I have good facilities, but older and low quality goalies.
Did you scout many on my team?

My goalies from season 1! 74 experience..Been a long time hustling. I think i may need to look to the market for a next goalie Canadian goalies just dont pop up often in the SA for me..
Yeah, good goalies don't appear on the market much either, I've got my starter from season 1, but my other three I was lucky to get. I have a decent backup from the market, that I got in season 6, and a goalie I got from my youth academy in the same season.
Only a couple so far. I'm going through Classic right now.
I bought a Czech goalie early on for my starter in like season 3 or 4, he got replaced by the guy I just sold, now I'm on my fourth starter and he is going to be my keeper.
