Just out of curiosity, anyone take any placement bonus sponsor offers?
It was close for me, but I prefered the security of the game bonus scenario (#2). Personaly, I think the incentive for the placement bonus isn't tempting enough to risk it.
I miss you II.3 guys! After forgetting I was facing relegation I sent my guys to training camp and am languishing in III.15. I'll take a marketing hit for tanking.
On the PLUS side, I may go undefeated this season (there is only one team with a realistic chance of beating me) which means the sponsorship offer with a bonus per win made a lot of sense. I'm expecting to make more money down there than I would have up here (though the long term damage is already done).
