Subject: Champions' League & Cup Winners' Cup

A qualification round for the weaker countries would be a good idea. I'd like to scrap the current knockout system where people are ranked based on overall standings. I'd like to see two pots: division winners and division runner ups. Winners play runners up then from there on it is random selection. I'd much rather face NKDJ because of a random draw than face him because he is "seeded" somewhere that meets my seed because someone is seeded higher due to a crappier group and better goal difference in the group stage which, frankly, is largely luck-based given one draw/tie and you're ranked outside the top-8 to 10.

Amazing game in Leg 1 against NKDJ. I go into the 2nd leg tied but down by away goals. I'm going to need at least a goal in Leg 2 to secure a series win. At least my 90+ FK goal kept it close after Leg 1. Good game slavko! Bonne chance in Leg 2!

Kenora lost today but they will be back next game with a win I am sure.

Both US teams won and most likely will be in semifinals, so if Kenora wins and either me (NKDJ) or canucks go to semis it will be US vs US and Canada vs Canada.

Regarding the rivalry: I hear what you're saying. In our region few teams can compete with the Canadian and American teams so we always seem to meet in the finals.

Away win 4-0. Burned a lot of energy playing very high vs very low but I am very happy with 4 goals adv. going into second game.
