Side note:
My two SBs are NT worthy I think... more so Allan McDermott than Darren Barber but both are over 1,000 OR and 5/6 with decent experience.

PS. I do feel like a salesman right now. I just think McDermott is better and has more of a future than our current LB.

Josh Bonner (Reflex) might be the the best CM not on the team.

Allan McDermott is something I am looking for, if I don't find anything better he will be the one.

He's on his second year at 4/6, so there's a chance his C/L could drop next year.

Ethan Arsenault is definitely a good choice He was 6/6 @ 18 and was on NT as substitute 2-3 seasons ago...

There's Édouard Jeffrey , but Arsenault is better since he has twice as much XP

Here are the candidates for CM:
Alexandro Merola 20 years 4/6 1105 OR, IGR=28, exp=37. Highest OR and best IGR, exp not the best but one of my favorite for this position.
Jean Hilderly 20 years 4/6 1050 OR, IGR=24, exp=60. Nice talented player, second best exp, I just like this player.
Stu Morin 20 years 5/6 1088 OR, IGR=24, exp=21. Second best OR, low exp but he is 5/6. He is very low on shoting.
Josh Bonner 22 years 5/6 1043 OR, IGR=26, exp=92. Best exp, 5/6, IGR of 26, almost everything speaks in his favor but he is to old IMO.
Brenden Glasgow 20 years 4/6 1066 OR, IGR=23, exp=56. Very high shoting, nice exp but very low IGR of 23
Carlos Foley 20 years 5/6 1060 OR, IGR=25, exp=7. His exp is just to low but everything else looks good.

We are gonna need 2 CM for next season but I will add one soon.

Glasgow drops to 3/6 this season. My pick would be bonner, due to experience and 5/6 @22, 4 good years left.

Keep in mind age impacts training more than C/L. Thus, younger and equivalent C/L with as good/better OR is a better route to go all else equal.

Yes, but what I see is experience. A potential 20% boost. Tough choices, GL.
