There is no problem with getting to II. Promotion/relegation works fine. The problem with the Canadian leagues right now is the distribution of competition. III.2 is way too stacked with good teams for example, while III.13 has no good teams. Something needs to be changed so a few (not all) the good teams get into the lower III divisions to make things fair for everyone.
Also we cant have only 1 good team going to each division so they can just dominate people. All this has been said but I'm just clarifying in my words.
Distribution should be based on manager EXP. The reason is normally the 600+ managers have the best teams in III so they should be seperated into each division equally. Then 300-599 EXP managers should be distributed as the middle of the pack teams. 299-0 teams will nearly always suck, so they should be distributed as cannon fodder to each division.
Hmmm no. If it takes 300 days to not be cannon fodder the game should just close.
Some could argue aggression would play the role of weight/height for defencemen. That would take a drastic over-haul of the game engine. Something I don't think they're willing to do just yet.
I'm fairly new to the game, but staff salaries compared to player salaries seems to be out of whack. Pretty easy for me to acquire top staff in the game but no way I can afford to pay their salary. For players, it seems to be the exact opposite - pretty tough to acquire top talent but fairly easy to pay their salary. Might warrant a review
This has been brought up many times, and salaries aren't changing for staff. Players salaries will always grow, but staff salaries have a cap. Their salaries are that high strictly due to their impact. Studies have been done and given a strong level of facility and some strong staff your facility can perform as if it was over two levels higher...
Staff salaries have been discussed a lot in the past, and it seems pretty clear that they aren't going to change them.
Show me teams that can contend in III.2 below 300 exp.
"I have more exp so I should be better, not you"
It's not what I mean.
I don't like to see a team with very less exp AND very less stars being in a higher division when I'm still fighting for the 8th place in the league under...

The point wasn't about giving you a team in mind. No one will play if it take nearly a year (300 days) to have fun playing the game.
The main problem right now is the promotion system, not the user experience.

Like I said, I understand the point. I was merely quoting you. The promotion system is faulty because it was changed on the fly with new rules helping new users.
They just need to fix the way you promote because if you start up in a high IV league and promote to a weak league III, you will be in league II before anyone. The user experience has nothing to do with it because like I said, I know I could take a new team and even before reaching 300 exp make it a contender for any III or II league.

Alright to be honest I've played this game casually for about a year. Honestly (and it does show) I have bot really taken the time to learn the mechanics of the game that well. I was quite content with how I was playing this game until now. Come on I should not be in II.3 this game has suddenly lost it's appeal to me. If I could donate my spot to a properly managed team I would but I can't so I suppose were all stuck.
