Seriously, that's unfortunate, but we simply can't go without Frenette and Lai. I also want Salmon as well since we don't have another keeper. As for Gagné, Grebe, they're too good to be left aside during playoff game. Sorry Skipman!
I just hope this means they won't be in the lineup during today's LC game

lol. If they're not then Borden won't be either! Let me select McDermott as substitute as well

Go for it! I think they can play in both. What I'm concerned with is by playing guys in TC they'll skip the TC and be available for the LC.
That would be evil. I hope they do so that Skipman can kick OAP's ass so that I can follow you in OTR.
Pffff please. Our OTRs are heading in opposite directions. You're the only team on PPM who has a negative OTR growth more than once per season

Now, back on-topic or I'll go all moderator on you! Muahahahahaha

Made a mistake, Hungary is next. Slightly bigger challenge...
Sorry guys we lost today. We had a good start but 3 goals in 2nd half killed us.
I'm glad we ended up there yet despite we won't promote back to Division A. I've learned a lot in the process, and this experience will be beneficial next season in World Cup qualification, and hopefully final round.
Energy management has been a bigger challenge than I expected since players lose more energy than in club.
Player selection is also very important. Looking back, I think I should have brought Hines instead of Salmon to the Challenge cup. I wanted to give Salmon some XP, but due to our initial loss to Spain, he didn't get the chance to play as much, and during the final game against Hungary, I went with him since Salmon would have about the same IGR.
I also realize Canada as a team has big challenges. Lack of depth with fwds kills us. Todd is also so hard to replace. Energy management of those vets is key.
Early next season as I already said, I will fire a few of our forwards who didn't play much this season. Howard, Young and Frenette are in for sure ; others are at risk. I'll add Nolan Quirk and Pete Brooks. 1 additional CD + CM would be welcome, just in case. I have a few options that I need to check.
Any advice for next season is very welcome, especially from NT veterans.

Forward Jair James is much better then Howard, he is younger, better C/L, maybe less exp and chemistry in NT but in my opinion he is better choice.
