Asunto: Canada Senior NT Discussion

I'm sad to report a first loss in PPM challenge cup against Spain. I'm sorry for those who still have players in TC, but I'll need our top guys dressed for the next games.

Something funny about the team. If we exclude the game against Indonesia where B-team did the job, we have 3 wins and 3 losses in competitive games. The 3 wins were on the road (Russia, Argentina, Israel) and Frenette was the only CF. 2 out of 3 losses were at home (Switzerland, Uruguay) and 1 on the road (Spain). The first one was with Jobson + Young + Frenette, then Young + Howard, and finally Howard (replaced by Frenette for the last 10 minutes). Are we too dependant on Frenette???

We didn't lose, but a draw vs Italia is no good news especially considering we dominated. Uruguay lost so Italia will play Spain who is qualified while we play Uruguay who is 0-1-1 like us. But if Spain rests his best players and gives an easy win to Italia both Uruguay and us will play a meaningless game... We'll do our best and pray.

It looks veeeeery good!!! Italy and Spain drew 0-0 and we're 1-0 against Uruguay

We made it to the playoffs by the smallest margin possible. For the record we're the only team qualified with as little as 4 points.

But now that's history and all teams are equal. Argentina is our next opponent. We won 1-0 on the road earlier this season against them thanks to a last minute goal, but we were dominated. We'll do our best.
