Asunto: Canada Senior NT Discussion

Another thing: I haven't selected players yet, leaving decisions for new manager. Darrick Connely, Maximo Bridges, Terrence Jean and Drew Cleaver should probably be selected as of this season. However, they've already been cut from U20, I hope they'll keep their share of chemistry.

That happens normally when the calendar switches. At 0848 that shouldn't be an issue though.

They should but it'd be more ideal if they were selected on day 1.

First friendly game of the season will be the last of my term. A classic vs US is perfect for this!

Kokio has set the lineup and tactics, I like the configuration. We'll see how it goes from there.

5-0 win over USA. Wow. No trick, both playing VL. Too bad I don't deserve any credit here, Kokio did all the job. Had I known, I should have stepped down earlier

We played with a strong team while USA went easier by benching a few top players. Yet, we can celebrate

Congrats to Kokio, I'm confident I leave the team in very capable hands. Not counting result from Saturday!

Canada NT currently has 32 ​​players. Three players have left the team:
CD Tyson Borden (78caps/10goals)
RM Dewayne Martin (56caps/2 goals)
L/RDClay Roberge (78caps/1 goal)
Why? In short: OR is under 1800 and CL 2/6. They were not close to first 11 and It is also time for younger players to get their minutes (chemistry). Thanks to all three for a successful NT career

It`s only a friendly match but I took the match especially seriously and I sent on the field all "weapons" ... knowing that the opponent will also play with a full lineup. Nice performance, great reslut, maybe too high, but I will not complain at such efficiency in attack

Next week another nice challenge - Czech Republic.
